The location was good with private parking. i received a complimentary upgrade from a single room to a top floor two bedroom room. It seemed like a real treat! the breakfast choices were extensive. all the hot food was cooked to order and tasted good

clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
The room was clean and included an en suite. The bed provided good comfort. There was plenty of tea and coffee available. The owner and staff were very friendly.

adequate stay, some issues noticed
small room disorganized service
the location was convenient for my needs.
The room i occupied was smaller than expected. the view from the window was not appealing. It overlooked a concrete ledge covered in rubbish. additionally, the breakfast service felt somewhat disorganized. They forgot several items i requested despite the detailed menu.
